Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. The goal is to have fun while getting a great workout, so just come ready to move and enjoy yourself.
Bring a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable workout clothes with supportive shoes. If you're attending a Zumba Toning or strength class, feel free to bring light weights if you have them, but we provide equipment if needed.
You can sign up online through our website or drop in before the class starts. For first-timers, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to get set up and meet the instructor.
